Information provided through forms

The current site stores the name, email address, company, message, selected interests, and email-consent choice you submit. Forest View uses inquiry details to review and respond to requests. Marketing consent is recorded separately.

Operational information

Basic event counts may record visits, model runs, sample views, print actions, and form submissions without storing email addresses in the analytics table. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit abuse. The hosting provider may maintain operational access logs.

Requests and preferences

Email steve@forestviewresearch.com to request correction or deletion of submitted details, or to withdraw research-email consent. Automated email delivery and self-service preferences are not active in this release.

Before public launch, confirm retention periods, service providers, applicable privacy rights, cross-border processing, and the final notice and contact process.
